The Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce plays an active role in identifying and monitoring important issues, establishing collaborative rapport with elected and appointed government officials, and influencing the public policy that fosters economic vitality and quality of life within the Cerritos region. The Chamber’s GAC has a finger on the pulse of legislation that will impact businesses and business owners in our region. Our singular focus is to protect the economic vitality of the region in which our members do business and to be the voice of business at the local, state, and federal levels. This past year was an active year legislatively. Numerous pieces of legislation were reviewed, considered, tracked and acted upon. We tackled some tough legislative issues that could have significantly impacted the business community and we made sure your voice was heard in Sacramento.
